Atlas
An interactive wiring map of peptides: which receptors they dock onto, which pathways those trigger, and which body effects follow. Simple and expert modes, with retatrutide and MOTS-c as the opening example.
How to read it
Every dot is a thing: a peptide, the receptor it docks onto, a chain of reactions inside cells, or a result in the body. Every arrow means one thing acts on another. Lanes group items by body system, columns run from peptide to effect. Pick two things and the side panel answers in a sentence, then lists the arrows one by one.
What it is not
Arrow count is a property of the drawing, not a dose, a timeline or a measure of strength. Arrows summarise published mechanisms coarsely and carry no per-edge citation yet. Statuses are as of September 2026 and most compounds shown are not approved for human use. Research and educational use only; not medical advice.
