EmergingLongevity

CJC-1295 (no DAC)

GHRH analogue, usually stacked with a secretagogue.

01

What it is

A synthetic analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone. The ‘no DAC’ version has a shorter duration than the DAC-modified form.

02

What it does

Acts on the GHRH receptor to amplify natural growth-hormone pulses, often combined with a ghrelin-receptor agonist.

Does it work?

Pharmacological effect on GH is documented. Clinical outcome data in healthy adults is limited, and long-term safety of sustained GH elevation is not well characterised.

Common questions

What does no DAC mean?

DAC is a chemical modification that extends duration from hours to days. The no-DAC form acts briefly, preserving the natural pulsatile GH pattern.

Why is it stacked with ipamorelin?

They act on different receptors — GHRH and ghrelin — so the combination amplifies the same GH pulse from two directions. The stack itself has not been trialled.

Is sustained GH elevation safe?

Long-term safety in healthy adults is not well characterised. That absence of data is the honest answer.
